| 摘 要： | 介绍了气流干燥技术在电石渣法烟气脱硫制石膏中的应用情况及气流干燥管的设计。通过气流干燥技术,将脱硫岛出来的石膏的含水量由12%左右干燥至4%以下,达到生产水泥的标准,变废为宝,节能减排。

| Abstract: | The application status of pneumatic drying technology in gypsum preparation by smoke sulfur removal with carbide slag method, and the design of pneumatic drying pipe were introduced. The water content of gypsum was reduced from 12% to less than 4%, and met the standard of cement production. The waste was reused.Energy was saving and discharge was reduced. |
