碳纤维布加固钢筋砼构件轴心抗拉数值分析

摘    要:结合在役钢筋混凝土受拉构件承载力不足的特点,采用大型通用有限元软件建立了碳纤维布增强钢筋混凝土轴心受拉构件计算模型,对碳纤维布加固后碳纤维布层数、配筋率等对构件开裂荷载、极限荷载的影响进行了分析,并通过6根构件进行试验对比。结果表明,粘贴碳纤维布可以有效地提高钢筋混凝土轴拉构件极限承载力,而其对开裂荷载影响较小。计算结果与试验数据有较好一致性,可供实际工程设计参考。研究成果对钢筋混凝土轴心受拉加固具有理论指导意义和工程应用价值。

Abstract:Base on the existing condition that the bearing capacity was insufficient of some aging reinforced concrete(RC) members with uniaxial tension,the general software was adopted to establish the finite element models of them strengthened with externally bonded carbon fiber reinforced plastic(CFRP) sheets and used to analyze the influence of CFRP sheets to these structural cracking loads and ultimate loads.Layers of CFRP sheets,reinforcement ratio and so on were some factors considered,and experiments of 6 RC members were conducted to examine the results of numerical analysis.The numerical results showed that it was obvious to increasing ultimate load using CFRP sheets to strengthen RC members,about 10%-40%,whereas,the increment of cracking load was very small,about 1%.The calculations agree with the experimental data,at the same time the experimental and calculation results can give the references to the practical projects.The study was instructive and useful in strengthening of RC members with externally bonded GFRP sheets under uniaxial tension.
