| Abstract: | The summary and analysis of Tiger Forest & Paper Group's management model of paper-pulp-forestry base were made from three aspects,including organization structure,performance appraisal and intensive management,being aimed at difficult to management of paper-pulp-forestry' rapid growth.A performance appraisal with the body of workers was put forward to promote the intensive management model. |
