摘    要:汽包水位保护系统逻辑由水位联锁和水位保护两部分组成.水位联锁是由水位低一、二值,水位高一、二值回路构成,其功能由DCS系统实现,控制输出也由DCS系统完成.水位保护是指水位低三值、高三值回路构成,其逻辑运算由DCS实现.当动作条件达到时由DCS控制输出关闭过热器出口电动门,并向灭火保护系统发出水位高低停炉信号.

Abstract:The drum level protection system was composed of the water-level Interlock system and water-level protection system. Its function and output control were actualized by the DCS.The water-level Interlock system was composed of the loop with the water level the low value one,low value two and high value one and high value two. Its function was actualized by the DCS.The water-level protection system was composed of the loop with a water level low value three and a high value tree. Its logic was actualized by DCS,When the conditions achieved,the electrical door of the superheater was closed and a shut-down signal was sent to the extinguishing protection system by the output control of DCS.
