摘    要:磁流变弹性体是一种新型的智能材料,它的力学性能可以受磁场控制,在需要变刚度的器件等方面有着广泛的应用前景.本文总结了一些制备高性能磁流变弹性体的基本方法,尝试采用不同的组份制备了以硅橡胶为基体的高性能磁流变弹性体.并使用改进的动态机械分析仪来测试分析所制样品的磁致剪切储能模量和损耗因子等性能.结果表明,所制备的磁流变弹性体在600mT磁感应强度下的剪切储能模量相对变化可达到501%.

Abstract:Magnetorheological(MR) elastomer is a new kind of smart material.Its mechanical properties can be controlled by an applied external magnetic field.It can be widely used in devices which need changeable stiffness.In this paper,after some principles to fabricate good MR elastomers are introduced,some MR elastomer samples based on silicone rubber matrix are prepared.A self-modified DMA is setup to evaluate their shear modulus and loss factor at different applied magnetic field and exciting frequency.Results show that the relative magnetic-induced increment of shear modulus can reach 501% when the applied magnetic field is 600mT.
