| Abstract: | Experiences in the installation of safety devices in sulfur recovery unit,which were concluded from engineering design and actual operation, are introduced in this paper. Safety devices, such as the high - pressure alarm and interlock in case of acidic gas entering into burning furnace, the prevention of blockage in equipment due to solidification of liquid sulfur,and the prevention of equipment corrosion are discussed in detail. |
