OPGW断股的微观检测及机理分析

摘    要:为分析得出OPGW断股的机理,预防和减少OPGW断股,微观检测分析了现场OPGW断股样品的断口、电子金相和化学、力学及热性能。结合线路运行情况,得出OPGW断股原因由雷击高温熔融造成,熔断样品烧蚀范围集中、损伤由外到内。OPGW断股机理是:大电流闪击电弧造成>1k°C的局部熔融区,紧跟持续电流扩展熔融区造成高温熔断,多次雷电冲击可造成多处熔伤和溅伤累积。

Abstract:To analyze the mechanisms of the breaking of OPGW strands and to prevent OPGW from breaking, in this paper, at the microscopic angle, the fracture analysis, electronic metallic phase microscopic analysis, chemical analysis and thermal analysis are taken. The results indicate that the hypothermia melting is the main reason leading to the breaking. By combining these results with the investigation of the operating lines, conclusions can be drawn that the lightning causes the breaking of OPGW. The mechanism of breaking is that firstly arc formed by instant high current causes partial melting zone, and at last the following several lightning impulses cause more melting.
