| 摘 要： | 上海市全面推进量质并重的城乡供水发展模式，并以此作为民生保障的重要组成部分。该文全面分析了上海市水资源的基本特点和城乡供水发展中存在的主要矛盾，总结了上海市保障城乡供水安全的主要对策措施，并提出下阶段城乡供水发展的主要方向。

| Abstract: | Shanghai is promoting an urban and rural water supply mode focusing on both quantity and quality on a full scale, which shall also play a very important role in ensuring the People＇s well-being. This article analyzed the features of water resources and existing problems of urban and rural water supply in Shanghai, concluded major measures for safeguarding water supply security of Shanghai, and set forth tendency of urban and rural water supply of the next stage. |
