国产交联聚乙烯电力电缆击穿故障的评定和分析

摘    要:本文对交联聚乙烯绝缘电力电缆(简称交联电缆)击穿故障进行了评定分析,介绍了交联电缆击穿故障率的可靠性统计,指出电缆输电系统中运行10年左右的电缆其击穿故障率将明显地增多,而系统中剩余的电缆即会很少击穿,进入一个稳定期,使用寿命可超过30年。文中对国内生产的交联电缆击穿故障的原因进行了较详细分析和讨论,并提出了一系列的改进方法和措施。

Abstract:This paper presents the assessment and analysis of the breakdown fault of XLPE power cables(hereafter referred to as XLPE cables).The author introduces the reliability statistics of the breakdown fault rate in XLPE cables.He points out that after ca.10 years of service,the cable system will have remarkably greater breakdown fault rate;but those cables without breakdown will seldom breakdown after that and enter a period of stability,having a service life exceeding 30 years.The author made a detailed analysis and assessment of the factors responsible for the breakdown fault of homemade XLPE power cables,presenting a series of methods for improvement and counter-measures.
