| Abstract: | There were an extensive application of plate exchanger in food industry.The article reviewed the primary technological requirement such as food safety,cleaning(CIP),repairment easily,food hygiene,and exchanger structure,which were necessity for plate exchanger utilization in food industry.Based on the assays,some valuable experience/ideas derived from factory production were summered to improve plate exchanger usage in food industry such as pressure resistance,long usage life,and cleaning etc. |
