机载雷达设备安装架的结构设计

摘    要:介绍了一种机载雷达设备安装架的结构设计,包括安装架的组成、设计方法、材料选择、结构设计考虑的重点、铸件标准选用、分析计算等;该安装架与载机的妥装接口复杂、重量受限制,安装架上承受的载荷较大,且必须满足机载恶劣环境,经过精心设计、仿真分析,该产品通过了各项机载环境试验,已装备部队使用。

Abstract:This paper introduces the assembly frame structure design of airborne equipment, including assembly frame makeup, design method, selection of material, key consideration points and selection of cast standard, analysis etc. This assembly frame's fix interface with aircraft is very complex and equipment above the frame are still more complex. And it must satisfy demands of aircraft environment. Through careful design and simulation the product passed the airborne environment test
