离子液体中NaX分子筛的二次合成

摘    要:制备了离子液体1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑溴盐,并以该离子液体为反应介质,常压下对NaX分子筛进行了稳定性、二次合成等方面的研究。利用X射线衍射、X射线荧光光谱仪进行检测,结果表明,NaX分子筛在离子液体中具有良好的稳定性,而体系中一定量水的存在会破坏分子筛的晶型结构;利用(NH4)2SiF6可以在离子液体体系中对NaX分子筛的硅铝比进行一定量的调节。

Abstract:The secondary synthesis of NaX zeolite was studied in the ionic solvent of the synthesized 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium bromide.The products were characterized by XRD and XRF.Results showed that the NaX zeolite was stable in ionic liquids,but the crystalline was destroyed by the existence of water.The ratio of silicon to aluminum can be changed by(NH4)2SiF6 in ionic liquid.
