| 摘 要： | 离心萃取过程中,会遇到固体生成和乳化问题,给萃取分离带来困难.分析了固体生成和乳化现象产生的原因及产生的后果,提出了采用CIP在线清洗和防乳化套简装置,可以有效解决固体生成和乳化问题.

| Abstract: | Solid production and emulsification in centrifugal extraction could result in difficulty of extraction and separation.The causes bringing forth solid production and emulsification are discussed.It is pointed out that the CIP cleaning online and prevention-emulsification sleeve units can effectively solve the above problems.Their structure and working principles are also introduced. |
