大型贯流式水轮机顶盖底环上导叶孔法兰面的加工方法

摘    要:本文介绍了我厂在生产第一台GZ003—WP—550型10MW贯流机组时,如何保证圆锥形导水机构中顶盖、底环上16对导叶孔与对应法兰面的垂直度要求,并着重叙述了用镗头反车16对导叶孔法兰面的径向自动进给装置的结构及其原理。它为大型贯流式水轮机导水机构顶盖、底环同镗及保证导叶孔与对应法兰面的垂直度,提供了一个可行的加工方法。

Abstract:How to ensure the verticality between sixteen couple guide vane holes and their flange surfaces in head cover and bottom ring in taper guide vane apparatus is the main problem in machining the tubular unit(GZ003-WP-550) with 10MW manufactured by our works. Here we introduce the machining method of it as well as the construction and principle of automatic feed device, which controlls boring head to turn backward to the flange surfac(?)s with sixteen couple guide vane holes along diametral lines. it is a feasible machining method to boring the head cover along with the bottom ring for the guide vane apparatus of large bulb turbine and ensuring the verticality between guide vane holes and their flange surfaces.
