基于工作流的测绘信息化综合管理平台建设与研究

结合信息化测绘生产管理的特点,提出了基于工作流的测绘信息化综合管理平台建设方案。研究分析了基于工作流技术,以生产流程为主线,将流程信息与生产要素转化为管理因子。通过建立管理函数关系模型,实现测绘生产从流程控制、人力资源、设备资源、财务收支、成本控制管理以及档案信息、查询服务等管理功能于一体的设计思路与方法。

Construction and Research for Information Integrated Management Platform of Suveying and Mapping Based on Workflow

This paper put forward construction scheme for information integrated management platform of surveying and mapping based on workflow.Study of basing on the workflow technology,in the production process as the main line,to workflow information and factor of production information into management factor.Realization of Surveying and mapping production from process control,human resources,equipment resources,financial budget,cost control management and archives information,query service management functions in one design and train of thought.It has important guiding significance on informatization of Surveying and mapping management application.
