基于Fluent的盘式磁流变液制动器优化设计

摘    要:针对盘式磁流变液制动器的散热问题,通过对盘式磁流变液制动器进行结构改进,使磁流变液在制动间隙采用流动模式,将制动过程中产生的热量及时带走,较好地解决了制动装置的散热问题:给出了基于Fluent的优化设计流程,并通过一个实例验证了方法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:According to the heat dissipation problem of disk-shaped magneto-rheological fluid brake,through the structure improvement of disk-shaped magneto-rheological fluid brake,it makes the magneto-rheological fluid in the flow patterns in braking clearance.So the heat generated in the braking process can be taken away timely,it is a good way to solve the brake’s heat dissipation problem;this article also gives a optimization design process based on Fluent,and verifies the feasibility and validity of the method through an example.
