直接黑168染料的合成

摘    要:文章主要研究了直接黑168染料(C.I. Direct Black 168)的合成方法。首先,将4,4'-二氨基二苯胺-2-磺酸(PP酸)双重氮化,在酸性介质中与H-酸进行第一次偶合;然后将苯胺重氮化,与上述单偶氮化合物在碱性介质中进行第二次偶合;再与间氨基苯酚进行第三次偶合;最后盐析、过滤。通过单因素实验确定了最佳合成工艺。

Abstract:The synthesis method of direct black dyestuff 168(C.I.Direct Black 168)was studied.Firstly,4,4'-diamino benzidine-2-sulfonic acid(PP acid) was treated by dual diazotization reaction,and then coupled with H-acid for the first time in acid medium.Secondly,the obtained mono-azo compound was coupled with diazotized aniline for the second time in alkaline medium.Thirdly,it was coupled with m-aminophenol.Finally,the compound was salted out filtered.The optimum synthesis technology by a single-factor experiment is...
