高温稠油井温度压力光纤传感监测系统

摘    要:目前广泛使用的高温电子式油气井温度、压力测量系统因数据实时性差、不能长期安装运行工作、高温环境漂移大的不足,设计了一种基于非本征F-P 腔型光纤传感系统,用于测量高温油气井的温度和压力.说明了其工作原理、传感器设计、信号解调方法以及系统构成.该系统克服了其他光纤传感器的温度压力交叉敏感、不能耐高温的不足,具有比较高的测量精度,可用于稠油蒸汽吞吐、蒸汽驱、蒸汽辅助重力驱油(SAGD)、煤炭地下气化炉(UCG)的温度压力监测.目前该系统已经在辽河油田现场应用.

Abstract:To overcome the data dis-online and non-permanent installation of the electrical temperature and pressure sensing system in high temperature heavy oil down-hole,an extrinsic Fabry-Perot cavity fiber-optic sensor system is developed.Its working principle,sensor design and signal dividing and system structure are also proposed in detail.This system can work in high temperature and pressure environment with high precision.It can be used in cyclic steam,steam drive and steam assisted gravity drainage(SAGD) and underground coal gassing(UCG) for temperature and pressure testing.This system have been used in Liaohe oilfield.
