| 摘 要： | 研究了刃磨前角的刀具在加工螺纹时对牙型角的影响,以及采用修正前面内刀尖角的方法进行补偿,保证牙型角的精确性,在加工韧性材料时不产生振刀现象.

| Abstract: | Effect of the front angle of thread turning tool on the thread form angle is studied when manufacturing the thread.Correcting the tip angle and rectifying the height of tool nose,the cutting condition can be improved so that it assures not to generate the vibrating tool while manufacturing the tough material. |
