淀粉改性及其在制革上的应用研究

淀粉作为一种可再生、无污染的资源，对其进行研究、开发和利用有着重要的社会经济价值。本文论述了淀粉的结构特点、物理、化学改性方法及其改性产品的性能；对淀粉及改性淀粉在制革上的应用作了综述和展望－淀粉及其改性产品在制革上主要用作铬盐的蒙囿剂，预鞣剂，复鞣剂，主鞣剂和涂饰剂；改性淀粉鞣剂的研究与开发对于合理利用农副产品资源，保护环境以及制革行业的可持续性发展都具有突出的意义。

Modification of Starch and Its Application in Leather Production

As a reproducble,non-pollution resource,it is meaningful to work on the researching and exploiting of starch.In this paper,the modification methods of starch and the properties of the modified starch are discussed;the application of starch in leather making are summarized and some authors' views about the prospect of the modified starch used as tanning agent are given.Starch and modified starch can be used as masking agent,pretanning agent,retanning agent,tanning agent and finishing agent;the study and the exploitation of starch is meaningful for the rational use of agricultural resources,environmental protection and sustain-development of leather industry.
