摘    要:研究了荆树皮和戊二醛鞣的最佳鞣制顺序.采用不同pH水溶液、脲、菜油、甘油及机油溶液处理两种鞣法的皮革样品;对比处理前后样品的收缩温度;探讨溶剂、鞣制方法对革的热稳定性的影响.结果表明,先荆树皮后戊二醛鞣制效果较好,其Ts均可达到90 ℃以上.溶剂处理后,样品的Ts与鞣制方法和干燥处理有明显关联,荆树皮-戊二醛获得的样品干燥后受溶剂影响小,Ts差别0.9 ℃,干燥前差别15.2 ℃;戊二醛-荆树皮获得的样品干燥前受溶剂的影响小,差别4.0 ℃,干燥后差别10.8 ℃.

Abstract:Mimosa(MI) and glutaraldehyde(GA) as the basic tanning agents,the influence of tanning sequence on hydrothermal stability of leather has been researched in combination tannage.Different solvent including water,urea,rap oil,glycerin and organic oil with different pH treated with samples.By measuring the leather samples' shrinkage temperature,the tanning mechanism of combination tannage with MI and GA was discussed,and the affect of the nine kinds of solvent on hydrothermal stability of different leather was ...
