气垫式调压室在水电厂的应用

摘    要:在高水头、长压力引水管道系统的水力发电厂,为了保证水轮发电机组的安全稳定运行,根据电站调保计算的要求,需在压力引水管上设置单级或多级调压装置。传统的塔式或阻尼式调压装置结构较为复杂,投资较大。目前利用挪威水电技术的优势,采用气垫式调压室的结构设置,这比传统的调压井减少了投资、增强了水电机组调节的稳定性。文章通过对气垫式调压室在大干沟水电站的应用,总结了它的特点,阐述了它的控制方式以及运行情况。它的应用填补了气垫式调压室在国内水电开发应用的空白,对今后水电厂引水系统的设计、建设、运行、投资等方面开辟了一个新的技术领域。

Abstract:In hydraulic power plants of systems long pipeline pressure with high head,to run steadily for security of guaranteeing hydroelectric generating set,needed to set single class or multiclass pressure governing device,according to calculation of regulation guarantee of hydropower station.A traditional one tower or damping type pressure governing device with complicated structure and relatively heavy investment.At present,it takes advantages of Norway hydroelectric technologies adopt air cushion chamber,it reduces the investment and have strengthened the stability of the regulation of hydroelectric set.This text introduces the application of air cushion chamber in Da Gan Gully hydropower plant,it summarizes the characteristics and control way and run the situations.It make up a deficiency of domestic development and application of cushion chamber in hydropower plant.It benefit of design,building,running,investment,etc.of diversion system in future hydropower plant,opened up a new technological field to us.
