| 摘 要： | 介绍飞机救生系统降落伞用单向弹性绸织物的设计及生产工艺。该织物采用高强锦纶丝为经纱,锦/氨双包丝为纬纱;以平纹组织为地,以重平和方平组织加筋,外观呈格子状;织物的纬向弹性良好,具有随气流冲击载荷作用的变化产生变形来调节透气量大小的性能,在130、1 500、3 000 Pa压差下透气量分别为289、2 577、5 015 L/(m2.s);织物的其他物理机械性能也都达到相关标准的要求,完全满足飞机救生系统用降落伞的需要。 |

| Abstract: | The production process of weft elastic fabric used for the parachute of plane rescue system was introduced.The fabric is made up of high-strength nylon and nylon/spandex core-spun yarn.The high-strength nylon is warp and nylon/spandex core-spun yarn is weft.The fabric,plain weave is its base weve,rid weave and basket weave is used to strengthen,has a lattice appearance.It has good elastic elongation in weft.So the size of the fabric changed with the diversification of air blast loading.Its air permeability ... |
