| 摘 要： | 网上支付作为电子商务活动的中心环节，是网上银行的发展方向。它为客户带来方便，给银行树立良好形象和创造利润的同时，也会引起极大的潜在支付风险。必须加强对网上支付业务的风险防范，确保网上支付安全，使整个金融系统稳健运行，网上银行发展规范化、法制化。
