摘    要:介绍了最新研制的国内首台缩径机的结构特点与工作原理,通过利用主应力法分析研究了缩径成形机理及推模力计算公式。实验结果表明:实际推模力比理论推模力高10%~15%。

Abstract:his paper introduces design characteristics and operating principle of the first domestical size reducing machine which is developed lately. The size reducing forming mechanism and die thrust calculation formula is studied and analysed by means of the main stress method. The experimental results show that the actual die thrust is more 10-15% than the theory one.
