摘    要:传统的电机设计方法主要是通过经验公式进行估算,此方法有一定的局限性。本文基于多物理场耦合计算,搭建了电机虚拟设计平台—Motor-Mulphy,其中包括电磁—流体—温度场耦合计算分析模块、电磁—应力场耦合计算分析模块等。通过各模块的仿真计算,得到所设计结构的温升及应变结果,生成设计报告,为用户进行电机设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:Traditional motor design mainly estimates through the empirical formula,this method has some limitations.In this paper,motor virtual design platform-Motor-Mulphy is designed based on calculation of multi-physics coupling,which includes the electromagnetic field-flow field-temperature field coupled field calculation,electromagnetic field-stress coupled field calculation.Through the simulation of each module,it obtained the result of temperature and strain about the motor design,and then generates the design report,which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the motor design.
