| 摘 要： | 按照某污水处理厂污水处理过程控制系统的要求,提出了基于瑞士ABB公司的PLC和组态王6.53的工业以太网的控制系统设计方案。系统选用瑞士ABB公司AC500系列PLC作为下位机,上位机由台湾研华的工控机和组太王6.53组成,并对采集数据进行实时监控和集中控制。运行结果表明,污水处理控制系统具有很高的控制精度和可靠性,能够满足实时性的需求。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the process control system requirement of the sewage treatment plant, I propose a control system design of Industrial Ethernet based on the PLC and Kingview 6.53. The control system selects PLC of ACS00 series as the lower crew, the host computer is composed of Taiwan Advantech~ IPC and Kingvi~w 6.53, real-time monitoring and centralized controlling the data collection. The running result shows that the sewage treatment control system has the high precision and reliability to meet the needs of real-time. |
