基于多级网络的高炉渣粒化监控系统的设计

摘    要:针对高炉渣粒化系统中自动化集成存在的问题,设计了一种基于多级通讯网络的监控系统。结合工程实际,详细介绍了监控系统的总体设计方案、网络结构和通讯协议的转换。监控系统实现了多协议设备之间通讯的无缝结合,并且可以给相似监控系统的设计提供一些参考和借鉴。

Abstract:For the problem existed in automation system integration of blast furnace slag granulation, a network monitoring system based on multistage communication network was designed. Based on the practical application, the complete design project, structure of network and communication protocol transition of monitor and control system are introduced in detail. The monitoring system realizes the interlinkage of communication for multiplex protocol devices and gives technical support to design of the similar monitoring systems.
