摘    要:介绍了燕尾槽的劈挤成形及劈楔,并针对燕尾槽成形过程中出现的槽口张开现象,在楔头主要几何参数中,固定劈分角为60°,从+30°~-30°范围内取4种劈刃倾角,进行数值模拟试验。结果表明:劈楔立棱面倾角决定了槽断面成形顺序,正值立棱面倾角是造成槽口张开的主要因素,该结果也得到了物理模拟试验验证;为保障劈楔强度,建议立棱面倾角取0°,制造误差应向负方向偏离。

Abstract:The splitting extrusion of dovetail groove and the cleaving wedge were introduced.Aimed at the phenomenon of notch expanding during dovetail groove forming process,four kinds of splitting edge inclinations were took from the range of +30° to-30°.At the same time,the fixed splitting angle was 60°.By means of numerical simulation test,the result shows that the forming sequence of the slot cross section is determined by the ridge surface’s inclination.The main reason of notch expanding is the positive ridge surface inclination which is confirmed by physical simulation testing.To ensure the strength of cleaving wedge,it is suggested that the ridge surface inclination to be 0° and the manufacturing error has to be eliminated by deviating the inclination towards negative side.
