摘    要:在汽车锻件节材降本的需求下,闭式模锻工艺常用来替换原有的开式模锻工艺,但在锻造过程中会出现很多问题。为了解决其中一些主要问题并提高锻件的性能,本文提出了在可分凹模中采用镦挤成形的方法,并设计制造了带有背压的滚珠导柱模架,进行汽车零件闭式模锻的工艺试验,完成了某汽车自动变速箱双联齿轮轴零件的可分凹模镦挤成形,使锻件材料消耗减少38.1%,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:Under the material saving demand of automotive forgings,closed die forging process is always used to replace the conventional open die forging,which will cause lots of process problems.In order to solve the major issues and improve the performance of forgings,the upsetting extrusion method in the separable closed die was discussed and the corresponding die structure with back pressure was designed,and some experimental works were carried out.In the end a motor vehicle automatic gearbox gear shaft was precision forged in the separable closed die,material consumption is reduced by 38.1% and good economic benefits were achieved.
