摘    要:在全新的太阳能电池数学物理模型基础上,对最大功率点跟踪(MPPT)技术进行了研究。针对扰动观察法后期容易出现的功率振荡现象,将模糊PID控制用于跟踪最大功率点,并在MATLAB上搭建仿真电路,通过比较这两种方法的仿真结果,得出了模糊PID控制方法的精确性。当光照强度变化时,通过观察仿真结果可知,模糊PID控制方法能快速和精确的跟踪到最大功率点。

Abstract:The maximum power point tracking (MPPT) techniques based on a new mathematical model of solar cells were studied. For the power oscillation prone to appear in the latter part of Perturbation and observation method, applied fuzzy PID control to track maximum power point and built the simulation circuit in the MATLAB. By comparing the simulation results of two methods, obtain the accuracy of fuzzy PID control. When the light intensity changes, observed the results of simulation, the method of fuzzy PID control can rapidly and accurately track the maximum power point.
