Intelligent examining system on circuit module based on VI

Circuit module is the core part of an electronic device, and determines the function and the quality of the device. Therefore, to ensure that a circuit module has complete function and nicer performance is a very pivotal problem. In scientific research and manufacture, the work of examining a circuit module often takes lots of manpower, material resources and many time, and the quality of the examining is hard to ensure for all. Aiming at difficulties existing in comprehensive examining to all kinds of circuit modules, this paper discusses how to construct a intelligent examining system based on VI. The system not only can meet the requirement of complex examining, but also can furthest actualize the automatization and the intelligence. The system also can improve the quality and efficiency of examining, and record the results of examining exhaustively.
