| 摘 要： | 软测量方法在车牌自动生产线烘干系统中的应用,其控制计算机根据检测到的外界环境变量湿度和温度计算出最优的状态工作点和输入设定值,以内部状态变量的反馈控制实现控制的稳定和能量的最优.系统采用蒸发、湿度及温度三种模型,前者使用水面蒸发公式建模、后两种则通过机理建模法实现.

| Abstract: | For the application of soft-measuring in drying system of auto-product-line for vehicle license, the optimum work point and input setting value is calculated by control computer according to outer humidity and temperature tested. And stabilize control and optimum of energy is realized by feedback control of inner state variable. The evaporate, humidity and temperature model was applied in the system. The first model was constructed by evaporating formula, and humidity and temperature model was built up by mechanism. |
