复合熔芯用于复合材料模压成型的研究

摘    要:以低熔点合金与钢芯嵌件组成的复合熔芯,通过模压成型工艺,可以制造不易于脱模的结构复杂的复合材料件。针对传统熔芯模压成型工艺的缺点,提出了复合熔芯模压成型的基本原理,介绍熔芯材料的选择以及复合熔芯的特点和结构设计准则。结果表明,采用复合熔芯可行,工艺可靠、减少耗能,有效地提高了低熔点合金的使用效率和产品的生产效率。

Abstract:The composite fusible core made from low-melting alloy and steel core,by the compression molding process, can be made into complex composite component which is not easy to break away from the mold. In this paper, to overcome the shortage of traditional process, the compression molding with composite fusible core, the selection of composite fusible core and design standard of construction are studied. The results indicate that the composite fusible core is not only feasible but also reliable and energy-efficient in the process ,therefore it can improve the efficiency of the usage of low-melting alloy and production evidently.
