摘    要:考察了采用中结合苯乙烯含量丁苯橡胶SBR1756制备轮胎的流变性能、老化性能、抗湿滑性能、滚动阻力以及耐磨耗性能,并与SBR1723N制备的轮胎性能进行了对比。研究结果表明,采用SBR1756制备的轮胎抗湿滑性能和耐磨耗性能优于采用SBR1723N制备的轮胎,两者的滚动阻力相当。

Application study of styrene-butadiene rubber with medium bound styrene content in auto tire

Abstract:The rheological property,aging properties,wet skid resistance,rolling resistance and abrasion resistance of the tire prepared from SBR1756 were studied,and these properties of the tire based on SBR1756 were compared with those of the tire based on SBR1723N.The results indicated that wet skid resistance and abrasion resistance of tSBR1756 were superior to those of SBR1723N,and rolling resistance of SBR1756 was the same to that of SBR1723N.
