多齿差摆线泵的流量特性分析及仿真

摘    要:导出了多齿差摆线齿轮泵的瞬时流量、排量、平均流量和流量脉动的计算公式,分析了影响流量脉动的主要因素。结果表明,适当选择摆线齿轮的设计参数,可以减小流量脉动。并指出:采用优化设计方法来选择摆线齿轮的设计参数,可得到满足性能要求的设计结果。

Abstract:Based on the theory of meshing, this paper give the theoretical fo rm ula for calculation of flow characteristic of Cycloidal pump with multi-tooth n umber difference, and analyzed the main factor that influenced on the flow pulsa tion in the pump. The results show that selected design parameter properly can d ecrease the flow pulsation. The author also give an advice to selected the desig n parameter using optimization method that would gain consequence that satisfied desire of designer.
