环戊烯合成戊二醛新型催化剂W-HMS的制备研究

摘    要: 以(NH4)2WO4为钨源,采用原位法,在不同条件下将活性物种WO3引入到HMS分子筛骨架中,合成了W-HMS分子筛,对该分子筛在环戊烯选择性氧化合成戊二醛反应中的催化性能、使用次数及再生条件进行了研究,并利用XRD、FT-IR等手段对催化剂的结构进行了表征。结果表明,使用优化条件制备的W-HMS分子筛催化剂,戊二醛的收率最高可达78% 。分子筛具有较高的稳定性,可以重复使用7次,失活后的催化剂可通过高温焙烧的方式再生。W-HMS的FT-IR光谱表征显示,W已成功进入分子筛骨架。

Abstract:Using (NH4)2WO4 as tungsten source, a series of W-HMS catalysts were prepared by in-situ method to introduce active species WO3 into the framework of HMS mesoporous molecular sieves under various conditions. The catalytic performance of the catalyst for selective oxidation synthesis of glutaraldehyde from cyclopentene was investigated, the reusable times and regeneration conditions were studied as well. The prepared W-HMS catalysts were characterized by XRD and FT-IR techniques. Results showed that W-HMS catalyst prepared under the optimum conditions exhibited good activity and stability in glutaraldehyde synthesis the maximum yield of glutaraldehyde reached 78%. The catalyst was reused for more than seven times and the deactivated catalyst could be regenerated by high temperature calcination. It can be seen from the FT-IR spectra that W species was incorporated into the framework of the HMS molecular sieve successfully.
