永磁式缓速器转子鼓瞬态温度场的计算方法

摘    要:根据车用永磁式缓速器的结构和工作原理,建立了转子鼓瞬态温度场的计算模型,确定合理的边界条件,运用Laplace变换法推导了非稳态温度场的计算公式。最后进行台架试验,并与计算数据进行了比较,结果表明试验值与理论值吻合较好。此计算公式可用来分析转子鼓瞬态温度场的变化,反映各设计参数与温度之间的精确关系,达到优化转子鼓设计、减小转子鼓温度和温度梯度,从而降低转子鼓的热应カ与减小热变形的目的,有效提高永磁式缓速器的制动稳定性。

Abstract:A physical model based on the construct and operating principle of permanent magnet retarder for analyzing the non-stationary thermal field of retarder rotor in automobile was established, and the boundary conditions were defined. A formula of the non-stationary thermal field was derived using the Laplace transformation. At last, a bench test was performed. It is found that the testing data is coincident with the analytical one. The non-stationary thermal field can be analyzed and an exact relation can be reflected by this formula. The rotor can be optimized and the temperature rise of the rotor can be decreased, so the brake performance stability can be improved by this research.
