石板材砂锯加工中钢砂破岩运动形态的研究

摘    要:石板材砂锯加工机理较为复杂,迄今缺乏系统的研究。本文通过单颗粒模拟锯切实验,借助扫描电镜(SEM)和立体显微镜的观察分析,对锯切过程中钢砂的破岩运动形态进行了较为深入的研究。文章根据钢砂的受力情况,较详尽地分析了影响钢砂运动状态的诸因素,探讨了加工中不同运动状态钢砂所占比例的估算方法,最后讨论了钢砂各运动形态对锯切过程的影响。文中所得结果对进一步研究砂锯锯切过踞,探索加工工艺的改进,具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Through imitative sawing experiment with single abrasive, the moving state of steel abrasive during sawing stone is studied with scanning electronic microscope(SEM) and optical microscope in this paper.According to the state forces acting on steel abrasive,all effects influencing moving state of steel abrasive are analysed. The method is approached, with which the ratio of steel abrasives of different moving states can be estimated. Moreover, the effects on sawing process caused by various moving state of steel abrasive are discussed.Consequently, the results of discussion will be useful for further study of sawing process and improvement of processing technology.
