筛分振动分配机在风力送丝系统中的应用

摘    要:为进一步提高卷烟生产过程的加工精度,解决风力烟丝配送过程中存在的烟丝分层,进而影响卷烟质量稳定的问题,在对影响烟丝结构工艺参数测试分析的基础上,将筛分式圆盘振动分配机应用于风力送丝系统。结果表明,应用该分配机后烟丝结构有明显改善,碎丝率、烟支含末率、吸阻及单支重量降低,提高了卷烟质量的稳定性。

Abstract:To solve the problem of cut tobacco size segregation in the process of pneumatic feeding, a sieving and vibrating distributor was applied in the pneumatic feeding system based on the test and analysis of processing parameters influencing the cut tobacco structure. The results showed that the cut tobacco structure was significantly improved and small particle (<1.00mm) content was lowered, the dust content, draw resistance and weight of cigarettes were decreased, the quality of cigarettes was steady and upgraded.
