摘    要:国电宁夏石嘴山发电有限责任公司(简称石电公司)的厂级监控信息系统(SIS)与“全国燃煤示范电厂”基建工程同步建设、同步投入使用。石电公司SIS可根据自动发电控制(AGC)下达的全厂负荷指令、各机组的实时煤耗率曲线、全厂各机组实时运行状态等条件进行优化计算,实现机组负荷的优化分配;并可依据锅炉、汽轮机和煤耗的优化曲线提出优化操作指导,使机组运行在最佳状况。该系统设计先进、结构合理、安全防护措施符合耍求.系统整体性能指标达到了有关标准的要求。投入运行3a来,对指导发电设备运行和设备检修维护发挥了重要作用。介绍石电公司SIS的特点,总体结构及进行多台机组负荷管理和分配的情况。

Abstract:The SIS in GuoDian Ningxia Shizuishan Power Co., Ltd. was constructed and operated synchronously with the infrastructure construction of National Coal-fired Demonstration Project. The SIS realizes the optimal load distribution with optimization calculation of plant load commands given by the Automatic Generation Control (AGO, real-time coal consumption curve and operation conditions. The SIS is of advanced design, reasonable structure and in accordance with safety protection specifications and related standards. As a result, it has played an important role in load management and equipment maintenance. In this paper, the features, overall structure and operation experience were introduced and illustrated in detail.
