高精度细长台阶轴加工技术

摘    要:简要介绍了加工高精度细长台阶轴的特点以及出现的问题,并阐述了通过在车床上增加辅助装置(不破坏车床任何结构及精度)实现对被加工零件的装夹、选择合理的刀具几何参数及不同加工条件下的切削用量,以满足高精度细长台阶轴的加工要求,并通过加工实例来进行分析。

Abstract:Based on the machining features of high-precision thin step shaft,several emerging problems during shaft machining are briefly introduced.The auxiliary device of lathe is added to workpiece installation without changing or destroying the structure and the precision of the machine.The geometric parameters of the tool and quantity of cut are selected to satisfy the need of the machining precision of workpiece.Lastly the analysis is carried out with a detailed manufacture example to explain the whole process.
