| 摘 要： | 分析了塑件的结构特点,介绍了注射模结构和工作过程,阐述了模具强制脱模机构设计。模具结构巧妙,避免了使用活动镶件进行模外脱模,成功地解决了塑件脱模问题,且工作过程稳定、可靠,在实际中使用效果好。

| Abstract: | The structural characteristic of an injection molding plastic part needing forced demolding was analyzed;and the structure of an injection mould and its working process were introduced.The forced demolding mechanism was skillfully designed,which makes the component stripped along with the mould opening.The working process is stable,reliable and has good practical effect. |
