| 摘 要： | 用7045作萃取剂，从滤液中提取青霉素G的新工艺与现行的用醋酸丁酯（BA）提取青霉素的原工艺相比，工艺流程简单，省去了废液和废溶煤蒸馏回收及提纯工序；所用设备简单，造价低；所用溶煤在水中溶解度极微，不易挥发，不易爆，毒性低，使用安全；熔煤损耗大大降低，采用新工艺提炼青霉素，成本低，经济效益好。

| Abstract: | A new process for solvent extraction of penicillin G with 7045 has been described.Compared with the conventional process with butyl acetate as extractant,the new process has not distillation,recovery and purification of effluent and spent solvent,equipment is uncomplicated,with less investment.Because the 7045 solvent is hardly soluble in water,its consumption is low.7045 solvent is involatile and inflammable,and has slight toxicity,so it is safe to use.The production cost of new process is lower,and enconomic benefit is better. |
