| 摘 要： | 简介了短纤维／橡胶复合材料（ＳＦＲＣ）的流变性能的测试和表征技术；分析了ＳＦＲＣ流变性能与纤维及基质胶料特性、纤维用量及长度、流场及流温、预处理方法等因素的依赖关系；探讨了ＳＦＲＣ在加工应用中出现的现象与其流变特性的关系，并对ＳＦＲＣ挤出胶管的生产提出了建议。

| Abstract: | The measurement and characterization of the rheological properties of short fiber/rubber composites(SFRC) were introduced.The dependences of the rheological properties of SFRC on the characteristics of short fiber and matrix,the amount and length of short fiber,temperature and shear rate in flow field were discussed.The relations between processing and rhelogy of SFRC were analyzed and some proposals to the extruded hose of SFRC were given. |
