撤县改区背景下望城的城乡一体化建设

近年来我国＂撤县（市）设区＂行政区划调整越来越多。其主要目的是促进中心城市规模,理顺中心城市与周边县市之间的关系。然而,调整也带来了许多消极影响。望城县撤县改区后,正式成为长沙市的第六区,机遇与挑战并存,作者认为,需要从基础设施建设、政策对接、资源优势挖潜及建立科学、合理的城市协调发展机制,加强区域规划的编制和实施等方面,处理好新形势下望城区的城乡一体化建设。

In recent years our country design the county to city area more and more .Its main purpose is promotes the key city scale, the straightening out key city and between the peripheral county city relations.However, the adjustment has also brought many negative effects.After Wangcheng County removes the county to change the area, becomes Changsha＇s sixth area officially, the opportunity and challenge coexisting, the author believed, needs from the infrastructure construction, policy docking, resources superiority tapping latent potentialities and the establishment scientific, the reasonable city coordinated development mechanism, strengthens aspects and so on regional planning establishment and implementation, processes under the good new situation the Wangcheng area city and countryside integration construction.
