| 摘 要： | 通过两个学生的静态博弈模型和有限理性大学生在考研与就业抉择时的博弈模型分析,得出考研和就业的收益和成本的不确定性影响学生在考研和就业中的抉择,通过分析影响稳定策略的各个要素,并根据实际数据得出现实中最可能出现的情况,为面临就业与考研选择的大学生提供一些建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the two graduate＇ static game theory model and game theory model of decision between employment and postgraduate of limited rational graduate.The writer concludes that the uncertainty of benefits and costs will affect the graduate＇s decision between employment and postgraduate.This paper also analyzes the influent factors of the stable strategy,drawing that the most possibility in reality according to the actual data.Finally,the writer gives some suggestions to help the graduate make the better decision between employment and postgraduate. |
