摘    要:在减压渣油中掺炼不同比例的裂解重油,对其基本物性及延迟焦化性能进行了分析和评价。结果表明,混合原料的密度和平均相对分子质量具有按掺炼比(裂解重油占混合原料的质量分数)累加的特性(加和性),而其黏度、残炭和四组分组成等不具有加和性;随着掺炼比的增大,混合原料的结焦诱导期逐渐缩短,当掺炼比高于20%后,体系结焦趋势陡增;混合原料焦化产物焦炭和气体收率均不大于减压渣油和裂解重油按照其在混合原料中所占的相同比例单独焦化时所得焦炭和气体收率的加权值,液体收率则略高于相应加权值。

Abstract:The vacuum residue was processed in an experimental delayed coking installation by blending different mass fraction (based on coking feedstock) of cracked heavy oil, and the effect of blended cracked heavy oil on the conventional properties and coking behavior of vacuum residue were analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that the blended feedstock had additivity depending on the blending ratio in density and average relative molecular mass, but no additivity in viscosity, carbon residual and group composition. Its coking induction period shortened gradually with increasing blendingratio, and coking tendency rose sharply blending and gas than the chieved ratio was more than 20%. Both yield for blended feedstock were weighted values of those which after the the coke no more were awhen the vacuum residue and the cracked heavy oil was coked in same blending ratio of blended feedstock respectively,but the liquid yield was a little more than the corresponding weighted value.
