摘    要:针对小型化行波管高压电源应用场合,研究一种全桥ZVS(zero-voltage-switching)倍压变换器。电路采用移相控制,并利用激磁电流拓宽了滞后管ZVS的负载范围。次级采用倍压整流和容性滤波技术,实现高效率、高电压、小电流、低噪声输出,降低了电路设计和制作难度。此外,漏感和整流电容之间的谐振可以减小整流管的电流应力,降低通态损耗。在对电路的工作原理和特性进行了分析和推导后,用PSPICE软件进行了仿真验证,给出了仿真结果。

Abstract:A ZVS(zero-voltage-switching) PWM phase-shift control full-bridge converter with voltage-multiplier is studied in high voltage,high power applications.The voltage-multiplier used in the output clamps the voltage stresses of rectifier diodes at the output voltage and solves the disadvantages,such as big volume,difficulty of design and execution.The proposed converter can realize the ZVS operation of lagging leg switches over a wide output load range by utilizing magnetizing current.Moreover,the resonance between the rectifier capacitors and leakage inductor of the transformer decreases the current stresses of rectifiers and switches,then reduces the conduction losses.The steady-state and operation character of the converter is analyzed and deduced.Furthermore,a PSPICE simulation is carried out and the results are presented.
