温度对承压顶板约束力影响的试验研究

摘    要:通过温度对冻胀试验装置中承压顶板约束力的影响试验研究,分析在不同初始压力条件下降温过程中承压顶板应变、约束力随温度的变化规律。结果显示:承压顶板降温导致自身产生收缩应变和约束力减小;最大应变值可达到-727με,且与初始压力无关;初始压力越大,降温对承压顶板约束力的相对影响越弱。提出了承压顶板约束力的温度补偿公式。

Abstract:The chief object of this research is to survey the influence of temperature on the constraint force of bearing plate,and analyze the law of strain and constraint force in cooling process with different initial pressures applied.The author has satisfactorily come to the conclusion that cooling can bring to shrinkage strain as high as-727 με with pressure reduced.The higher the initial pressure is applied,the cooling has greater slightly effect on the constraint force of bearing plate.Compensation formulas are provided for correcting the constraint force.
